Making A Choice
 
With LeadNow, you have a choice. You can start this career as management trainee (advisory focused) or a manager (advisory and team expansion focused). Either way, there are excitements and rewards awaiting you!
 
What You Need To Do:

• Market Planning: You’ll need to investigate, study and brain-storm a marketing plan tailored toward achieving your career goals.
• Customer Servicing: Many customers have purchased some form of financial products, but do not know (exactly) what they have invested, your role is to provide prompt servicing.  
• Auditing: Reports show that 85% customers are not happy with what they purchased because they are not aware of the benefits and returns. In view of that, a comprehensive auditing service comes in handy.
• Educating: From the audit results, you can make recommendation to add/minus, then whatever saving attained you shall recommend the client a tax-free SAVING  solutions.
• Team Building: Selecting, recruiting and managing your own team, to achieve peak performance and 100% customer satisfaction.  

 
 
Education/Support

LeadNow’s force goes to the market prepared. Not only does our education program provide a comprehensive foundation — it's PROVEN to work for many many years!
 
LeadNow’s 30 hours of education includes auditing, products packaging, technology, and clientele building system. You'll also get on-going coaching from field experts for case study, prospecting, consumerism, psychology and referral program.
 
After completion of 30 hours of training, and after meeting our education requirements, you are OPEN for business. During the course of work, you’ll embark continuing WORLD-CLASS training and embark an official certification from the USA.
